Please note: You are not allowed to repair the damaged windshield without the consent of the insurance company.

first step :   Please send the following documents to our company within 14 days of the accident

Completed claim form

Step 2 : Submit the following documents via the link below

  1. Repair Estimate

  2. Two color photos of the glass before repair (the first photo must show the glass and license plate, and the second photo must clearly show the damaged part of the glass)

  3. Front and back of the vehicle registration document (commonly known as the "registration book")

  4. Vehicle license plate (commonly known as "driving permit")

  5. Driver's ID card (not required if there is no driver)

  6. Driver's license (not required if there is no driver at the time)

Step 3: Repair of car glass can only be carried out after the insurance company agrees

Step 4 : Please send the following documents to our company after the repair is completed

  1. Original completed claim form

  2. Original receipt for glass repair (invoices are not accepted)

  3. Two color photos of the glass after repair (the first photo must show the glass and license plate, and the second photo must clearly show the repaired part of the glass)

The original documents must be returned to our company by courier or post .
