How to identify the insurance company that owns the policy?

Step 1: Prepare your policy

The policy will be sent to your email in electronic form (or paper form). Please have your policy ready for review.

Step 2: Open the Policy Schedule page

The policy's underwriting form will have the policy's insurance company logo printed on it. Please select the insurance company that corresponds to the options above.
